Job Title: Real Estate Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to identify and generate new leads.
• Conduct market research to identify and analyze trends in the local real estate market.
• Pre-qualify potential clients to determine their needs and budgets.
• List, market, rent and sell residential and commercial properties.
• Accompany clients on property showings and provide information about the property and the surrounding area.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
• Prepare and review contracts and other real estate documents.
• Coordinate with closing agents and other parties involved in the transaction.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.

Skills and Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of real estate principles and practices.
• Knowledge of local real estate market trends.
• Have Bahrain driving license.
• Must Have Own Car.
• Local Hire Only.
• Must be fluent in English language.
• Preferable: Filipino.
Experience:
• 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and providing excellent customer service.
• Experience in marketing, renting and selling residential and commercial properties.
• Experience in negotiating contracts.
