Job Title: Resort Receptionist (Arabic Speaking)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional resort receptionist who is fluent in Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele. As a resort receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, handling reservations, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities:


Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the resort reception area.

Provide information and assistance to guests regarding resort amenities, services, and local attractions.

Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.

Manage reservations and room assignments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for guests.

Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling mail.

Collaborate with other resort departments to ensure the smooth operation of guest services.

Upsell resort amenities and services to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.

Qualifications:


Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven customer service experience, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems.

Knowledge of local attractions and points of interest.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
