We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Principal.

Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education / Master of Education
• BSC or any other degree with specialization in related field
• Proven experienced as a Principal
• Can join immediately.


Jobs / Responsibilities:
• Experience in providing visionary leadership to the school & thereby ensuring academic excellence, student achievements and building a positive learning environment.
• Managing the school budget efficiently, and able to professionally delegate financial management responsibilities.
• Strong and deep knowledge of educational principles, curriculum development, and assessment methods.
• Fostering a collaborative and a positive supportive work culture by continuous supervision and mentoring teaching and administrative staffs.
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to build a strong relationship with parents, guardians, by promoting transparency, maintaining a good communication and involvement.
• Ability to motivate and inspire the staffs, students and parents by providing professional development opportunities and most importantly going with educational trends and best practices.
• Implementing policies and strategies including interventions, counselling and extracurricular activities that helps to build a way for student success.
• Experience of accreditations and Cambridge Curriculum.
• Able to implement and develop continuous professional development programmes.
• Ensure compliances with all relevant laws, regulations and policies related to education, safety and student welfare.
