Description

Outsource HSE Officers

Required Headcount : 3 Nos

Duration: 1 Year, Extendable

Expected Resources on board : Resources should be able to join at the earliest.

Duty Hours : 12hrs X 6 Days

Candidates must have minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields preferably Mall operations background and will conduct interviews before finalization of the resources.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and update HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards
Conduct risk assessments and develop control measures to minimize hazards in the workplace
Lead accident/incident investigations, root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans
Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations
Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure HSE compliance throughout all project phases
Develop and deliver HSE training programs to raise awareness and promote a safety-conscious culture
Maintain accurate HSE records and ensure timely reporting to relevant stakeholders
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree /Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
Proven 5 years’ experience as an HSE Officer in the Construction /Fit Out industry.
Deep knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (Mandatory NEBOSH, OSHA) (Level 6 diploma is preferred)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities in Risk assessments and method statements.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Minimum qualifications :

NEBOSH Certified
FIRST AIDER
IOSH certified.
CONFINED SPACE ENTRY & RESCUE
