About the Role
We are inviting applications for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Officer to lead our cleaning and security guard teams. This pivotal role ensures seamless service delivery, operational excellence, and client satisfaction across all assigned sites. The successful candidate will embody professionalism, integrity, and leadership, driving our commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Leadership & Supervision: Direct and motivate cleaning staff and security guards, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company standards.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee service excellence and compliance with safety protocols.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison with clients, addressing concerns promptly and fostering strong relationships.
• Training & Development: Implement training programs to enhance staff performance and communication skills.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, prepare operational reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in operations, facility management, or cleaning/security services.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices to both Security & Cleaning field.
