We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Secretary to join our team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, fluent in business English, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

The primary responsibilities will include:

1. Effectively communicate, both written and spoken, to facilitate correspondence and communication with internal and external parties including employees, clients, partners, agencies, etc. Arabic speaker would be a plus.
2. Handle reasonable volume of documentation which includes drafting policies and structural manuals.
3. Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients associated to the top management.
4. Manage and coordinate general administration guidelines and tasks related to staff members.
5. Attend management and Board meetings and take notes.
6. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executives and teams as required.
7. Assist in the organization of company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
8. Maintain composure and professionalism during high-pressure situations.

Qualifications and skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a corporate secretary, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
