Utilization of the company resources to maximize profit and minimize cost.

Managing staffs with quarterly appraisals stating their goals with target figures for each employee; e.g sales targets for sales people; project deadlines for site engineers; productivity level for technicians and workers.
Manage Business Operations to maximize profit and minimize cost.
Applying the most effective, efficient and up to date business
methods, as well as technical methods pertaining to products and processes related.
