Require a First Aid Assistant for a factory in Sitra Industrial Area,
Job Description:
• Provide emergency treatment/First aid & CPR in the workplace and company health care units.

• Administer NHRA approved over-the-counter medication to employees

• Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks.

• Maintain and update accurate health records of all employees. Ensure accurate and appropriate recordings of all First Aid Cases treated including injury at work incidents reports are kept and filed.

• To liaise and coordinate accidents and other incidents with the HSSE Department and Steward Supervisors

• To liaise with ambulance service and other emergency services when required.

• To attend appropriate training when required and ensure holding a valid appropriate first aid qualification whilst working on the first aid team.

• To assist in maintaining a safe & healthy environment for persons using Awal Gulf premises.

• Conduct Health related training and awareness mock drills

• Other clinic related duties as per the requirement of HSSE Department.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing)
Valid NHRA License
BLS/ABLS Certified by AHA, American Red Cross or other similar organization
2-3 years in Hospital Based-Emergency Section / Ward Practice
1 year in Industry occupational health care facility as a Nurse.
Large manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
Efficient in First Aid, CPR/AED, and Emergencies
Good organization, observation, communication and time management skills
Interest in patient-centered and goal oriented care
Positive, approachable personality
Critical thinking skills
A warm and caring disposition
Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently and able to speak Hindi
Computer literate with MS Excel, Word & PPT skills
Approx. 48 hrs per week.
