Almoayyed Contracting Group Is Looking For A Time Keeper (Immediate Joining)





JOB PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Diploma/Certificate holder with experience in a similar capacity 5 Years minimum.

• Responsible for Daily attendance for staff and workers
• Should be able to maintain and update a record of operatives (staff /workers& equipment) working in the Respective sites on a daily basis.
• Have to maintain an up-to-date trade-wise list of all operatives working on the sites.
• Should be preparing daily reports as per the attendance and update to the concern.
• Have to maintain and up-date Performance Evaluation forms in coordination with the Supervisory
• Should be able to ensure smooth functioning of time card punching at sites and monitoring time card entries.
• Able to coordinate with HO and Site management all aspects of inter site transfers based on current labor requirements and release.
• Have to prepare the leave applications and HR-related forms get them approved by site management and send them to HO.
• Able to manage & coordinate workers medical issues/report and inform to HO
