Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Mocktail Juice Maker to join our Food & Beverage team.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
Skilled in preparing mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies and other non-alcoholic beverages
Good knowledge of beverage presentation, garnishing and portion control
Ability to create new and attractive beverage recipes
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Good communication and customer-service skills
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Previous experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant or café is preferred
