Leading Contracting Firm Looking For QA QC Engineer With CRPEP License (ImmediateJoining)




• Needs to be responsible for organizing, implementing, conducting, coordinating and managing the QA/QC programs as per the Project Contractual requirements.
• Have technical knowledge in quality assurance/control principles and their application to engineering, environmental, procurement, construction, testing, operations and commissioning practices sufficient to comprehend specified / regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the document control of technical submittals, drawings etc. with the project team and to ensure the QA/QC validation has been done, to ensure their issue, amendments and recall of controlled documents.
• Able to coordinate all inspections, monitor the required tests and record inspections and tests made as per the contract plan and the contract specifications.
• Draft / Review and approve the quality-related procedures prepared for the project to ensure compliance with the project quality program and plan.
• Should be able to prepare Method Statements ( MS ), Inspection Test Plan ( ITP ), Check List ( CL ), Risk Assessments etc as per the project requirements.
• Must be able to coordinate with the project staff to compile and maintain pertinent records of inspection and testing until the end of the contract and all pertinent records for retention on completion of the project.
• Knowledge in Checking and Monitoring all independent laboratory Test results for accuracy prior to submission to the Engineer for approval.
• Train staff subordinates like foreman, supervisor, charge hand etc for the desired quality objectives set as per standards from time to time. Ensure site housekeeping is attended by the construction department / sub-contractor on day day-to-day basis.
• Should be able to supervise and participate in the project auditing and monitoring program to verify the effectiveness of the project quality program /plan.
• Have to represent the QA/QC Team for the project during quality assurance audits conducted by the client management or regulatory agencies for the status and assessment of the project during the construction stages.
• Should be able to Identify quality problems, initiate documented actions and verify implementation of solutions. Initiates HOLD / WITNESS points wherever required to control the product to comply with the specification.
Minimum 7 Years GCC Experience
