Required Business Development Manager



A Well reputed company in bahrain is looking for Business Development Manager with experience of 4-5 years as sales & Marketing !!!

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals and
objectives.
- Sales Forecasting by analyzing sales data and market trends to forecast sales growth and adjust
strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
that generate leads and brand awareness
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear targets and KPIs for
performance.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, build and nurture relationships, and close
high-value deals.
- Update the teams on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify
market opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all marketing channels by building brand awareness
in Bahrain and the GCC through promotional campaigns, social media
- Enhance and increase target market for clients to generate sales
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand our market reach.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve existing products/services and identify opportunities for
new offerings.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction by fostering strong client relationships,ensuring their needs are
met and expectations exceeded.
- Address client issues promptly and effectively to maintain a positive reputation.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team to achieve sales targets.
- Results-driven
