Experienced fast accurate CAD designer for FIT-OUT contracting company, who can take site survey and take brief from client, develop 2D drawings MEP is plus technical details prepare shop drawings and design package.
A coordinator / project controller who can deliver the projects with no complaints & more demand attitude.
Capable to prepare and understand BOQ & contracts terms and conditions, and fulfil it
Accountable to understand and acquire new project
Capable to deliver the results
Managing a operational team to execution of the project
Multitasking talented capabilities.
organised team player, goal oriented, able to meet deadlines, and work under pressure, deal with different mentalities and nationalities.
