Roles & Responsibilities

1. Perform Admin duties at reception and internal administration work of the office.

2. Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings for executives.

3. Handling incoming calls and correspondence, and redirecting them when appropriate.

4. Managing and updating filing systems, both physical and digital.

5. Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.

6. Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports.

7. Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

Must be FEMALE and Very fluent in English.
