Job Description
A Sound Assistant is responsible for supporting the Sound Engineer or Sound Technician in setting up, operating, and maintaining audio equipment to ensure high-quality sound during filming, recording sessions, or live events.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and install microphones, audio equipment, and recording devices.

Connect audio cables and ensure all equipment is working properly.

Assist the Sound Engineer in adjusting sound levels and audio quality.

Check and test audio equipment before, during, and after productions.

Assist with sound recording and help minimize background noise and interference.

Organize, maintain, and handle audio equipment carefully.

Support the production team, directors, and other technical staff.

Identify and resolve basic audio problems during production.

Follow safety procedures and meet production schedules.
