Job Description: Light Maintenance Worker

Looking for multi skilled staff for light Maintenance work. including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other general maintenance duties. A valid driving license is required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct light maintenance and repairs in plumbing systems, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
- Perform electrical tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing switches, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Carry out carpentry work, including repairing furniture, installing shelves, and handling minor renovations or repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Assist in other maintenance-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in light maintenance work is preferred.
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English. Arabic is preferred.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt and acquire new skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
