Business Development & Operation Manager



A reputed group in Bahrain is looking to hire a business development & operations manager who has experience in the education field to expand our business across the GCC. The candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:
•
• Manage the operations of current and future schools
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Finding new locations to expand the business across GCC.
• Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies.
• Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development.
• Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities.
• Suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle business deals operations and activities.
• Oversee the implementation of different contracts.
• Create and present a detailed report for upper management.
