Business Consultancy Administrative Assistance


Summary:

We are seeking for a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team of business consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative procedures and be able to provide efficient and professional support to the team.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.

- Handle travel arrangements for the team, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

- Coordinate the logistics of meetings and events, including sending out invitations, making arrangements for catering, and ensuring that all materials are prepared.

- Answer phone calls and emails, and provide customer service to clients and vendors.

- Maintain office files and records, and keep track of deadlines and upcoming projects

- Other administrative duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

- High school diploma or higher.

- Min 2 years and Max 5 years of experience in an administrative role.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Skills:

- Attention to detail: Administrative Assistants must be able to pay attention to detail and ensure that all work is accurate and error-free.

- Problem-solving skills: Administrative Assistants must be able to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently.

- Multitasking skills: Administrative Assistants often have to juggle multiple tasks at once, so they must be able to multitask effectively.

- Flexibility: Administrative Assistants must be flexible and adaptable, as they may be required to take on new tasks or responsibilities as needed.

- Professionalism: Administrative Assistants must maintain a high level of professionalism in all aspects of their work.
