Job Description:

Ensure the readiness of the work team and the availability of all tools, materials, and equipment before starting work with clients.
Adhere to personal hygiene and the company's official attire.
Supervise the cleaning team's work.
Maintain the devices and tools used in the work.
Ensure the completion of all cleaning tasks on time and to the highest standards.
Communicate with clients and ensure the fulfillment of their specific cleaning needs before leaving the work site.
Prepare and distribute tasks to the cleaning team and organize workflow.
Solve any problems that arise with the cleaning team.
Prepare daily and periodic reports on workers, tools, materials, equipment, and vehicles.
Document and archive the workflow in a professional manner, adding it to the Snapchat and social media platforms.
Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Ensure notification of transfer and delivery of the service invoice to the client.
Present and sell additional company products, such as fragrances, to customers, in exchange for a commission specified in the employment contract.
Use chlorine as assigned by the company within the framework of the general job description.
Perform any tasks assigned by the company within the framework of the general job description.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: BD250.000 - BD300.000 per month
