Requirements :
-Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
-High school diploma.
-Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications
-Meticulous and organized.
-Exceptional multitasking and time management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Job Responsibilities :
-Greet visitors and patients in a timely and friendly manner.
-Assure the readiness of the reception area for each working day; open the building at the designated time and have all front office activities fully operational at the start of business hours.
-Maintain privacy of patients: assure patient confidentiality at all times.
-Verify eligibility of patients' health care insurance.
-Collect fees according to office policies.
-Schedule patients for procedures, medical examinations, and consultations.
-Answer telephone and relay messages.
-Maintain doctor schedules/templates.
-Communicate necessary information with office personnel regarding patients.
-Maintain forms and office supplies required for front office operations.
-Maintain a clean office and lobby area.
-Assisted accountant in processing payments and sending statements of payments due.
-Performed clerical duties such as copying faxing emailing etc.
