We are looking for Canteens Supervisor. Suitable candidate need to have previous work experience in Food and Beverage sector.

Job responsibilities:
-Good communication skills;
-Workflow management;
-Managing staff's work schedules;
-Conducting regular inspections of the outlet to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained;
-Overseeing food presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations;
-Collecting feedback from the customers to enquire about food quality and service;
-Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service;
-Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner;
-Staff performance reviews;
