Description




we are currently looking for Service Technician to work in our company.

Responsibilities:

1.Total responsibility of Power Tools & Machinery products workshop such as pre delivery instructions, repair and services.
2.Maintain spare parts inventory of Power Tools & Machineries.
3.Maintaining tool repair log book (FOC and chargeable separately).
4.Preparing & maintaining job cards
5.Keep proper warranty clause record and inform the customer if the product not covers the warranty period.
6.Key customer site visit for service follow up and tool pickup service and the onsite minor repairs.
7.To take inventory of power tools.
8.Coordinating with store manager for Power Tools & Machinery related matters and monitoring the Power Tools sales in order to replenish the stock.
9.To go for deliveries or to warehouse or any other outside work in case needed.
10.To prepare monthly service report
11.To abide by quality management system & follow ISO procedures wherever needed.

Preferred Experience: General Tools, Welding Products, Lifting equipment and marine tackles, Building materials and construction consumables, Power Tools, Safety and Firefighting products, Industrial and General maintenance products.
