We are looking for an experienced and qualified Head Chef familiar with Italian dishes as well as other or international dishes.

Responsibilities

• Should be innovative and creative
• Menu Design, Food costing
• Control and direct food preparation process and any other relative activities
• Handle entire kitchen operation
• Comply with BAHRAIN health and safety regulations

Requirements and skills
• Proven experience as Head Chef or any Kitchen Supervisory
• Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
• Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
• Should reside in BAHRAIN


Should have a valid and transferrable VISA
Salary package will start at BD 400 or can be negotiable.
