Food and Beverage Sales Executive
A Bahraini Healthy and Organic Est. is looking for an experienced Sales Executive with the following requirements:
• Sells products by establishing contact, developing relationships with prospects; and recommending solutions.
• Generate sales
• You will support the overall F&B operation to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance, and business results.
• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served, achieved through developing and maintaining a strong team environment, delivery of prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and F&B standards.
• Handle daily team member relations, and encourage problem-solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.
• Sells product by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Researching and recommending new opportunities.
• Recommending profit and service improvements.
• You are the key point of contact between F&B management and its clients.
• Answers queries, offering advice and introducing new products.
• Organizing sales visits.
• Generate sales
Requirements
• University Diploma in sales and marketing or in business admin.
• Previous experience in F&B or trading companies preferably in Bahrain
• Passion for leadership and teamwork.
• Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent guest service skills.
