Setting up and maintaining sales suites and on-site show homes
Attracting visitors to developments by means of marketing activities, such as leaflet drops or open house events
Handling enquiries from prospective buyers
Complying with on-site health and safety requirements
Liaising with financial advisors, solicitors and estate agents
Progressing and securing sales
Presenting and demonstrating the features and benefits of available homes
Producing sales progress reports
Delivering exceptional customer service.
