A summary of "The Fun Yard W.L.L"
It is a wonderful entertainment option for families. This specifically designed kids' facility offers the ideal environment for children of 1 to 12 years old to practice and improve their communication skills, play and interact in a safe environment with other children and simply have fun. It gives children a special treat. Children love to play and the fun toys and play equipment in The Fun Yard are ideal. A trip to this facility is a great way to reward children when they have been well behaved or a simple break from the play at home with the added bonus of a large space. The Fun Yard also includes a cafeteria where the adults can meet and socialize or simply relax whilst the kids are having fun.

Job Title: Play Centre Attendant

Salary:185 Inclusive

Job Description :The Play Centre Attendant ensures that play centre delivers a safe and positive experience to the guests by

Being responsible for delivering the Service Promise; contributing to running a clean, friendly and well maintained play centre, and executing the team member basics of being on time.
Provides a safe, fun and interactive environment to children using the facility.
Conducts all activities in a positive and professional manner.
Assisting with Birthday Party programming
Follows all The Fun Yard policies and procedures.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Supervise activities of all assigned children in The Fun Yard Indoor Play Centre and ensures child remains in designated area
Provide child care to children .
Participate and entertain children with games or other approved activities.
Administer first aid to children in accordance with company policy.
Ensure parents receive a copy of The Fun Yard Play Centre agreement and answer any questions around procedures.
Report any incidents to The Fun Yard Play Centre Supervisor or Operations Manager.
Report all member complaints to The Fun Yard Play Centre Supervisor or Operations Manager.
Report any child health concerns to The Fun Yard Play Centre Supervisor or Operations Manager so a Health Alert may be posted if required.
Responsible for general cleaning duties in The Fun Yard Play Centre including disinfecting toys, maintaining hygiene for toilets and baby changing station.
Ensure parent/guardian has signed The Fun Yard Agreement/Information Card.
Ensure individual checking in the child is listed on The Fun Yard Indoor Play Centre Agreement/Information Card.
Ensure parent/guardian completes and signs The Fun Yard Indoor Play Centre Register when checking in and checking out children.
Ensure proper payment is received for the use of The Fun Yard Play Centre.

Qualifications :

6-12 months child care experience preferred
Patience in dealing with children and customers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Energetic and Friendly

Minimum Educational Requirements :

High School Certificate.
Good knowledge of spoken and written English
Must complete The Fun Yard Play Centre Attendant training prior to working alone in The Fun Yard Play Centre.

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to stand, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and walk, talk and hear
Use hands to climb or balance
Employees must occasionally lift and/or move heavy objects.

Work Environment :
The Fun Yard uniform is to be worn at all times.
While performing the duties of this job, regularly exposed to kids miss behavior.
The noise level in the environment is occasionally loud
