Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team in managing leads, updating information in the system, following up with sales activities, and assisting in preparing proposals and quotations for potential clients. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with Sales Team:

- Collaborate with the sales team to obtain and update leads, opportunities, and customer information in the system.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, meetings, and follow-ups.

2. Follow-Up with Sales:

- Regularly follow up with the sales team to gather updates on sales progress, potential leads, and customer inquiries.
- Assist in tracking and monitoring sales targets, ensuring timely completion of tasks and objectives.

3. Prepare Proposals or Quotations:

- Assist in the creation of proposals or quotations for new leads, incorporating relevant product or service information, pricing details, and terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to gather necessary information and ensure timely delivery of proposals to potential clients.

4. Reporting and Communication:

- Provide regular reports to the CEO on sales activities, progress, and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, providing insights and recommendations based on sales data and market trends.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a sales coordination or sales support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Prior experience in preparing proposals or quotations is preferred.
