Are you organized, detail-oriented, and excited about the real estate industry? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our real estate professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

Office Management: Handle daily administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence. Maintain office supplies, organize files, and ensure a tidy and efficient work environment.

Listing Coordination: Assist in preparing and maintaining property listings, including coordinating property photography, creating marketing materials, and updating online listings.

Client Support: Greet clients and visitors, both in-person and over the phone, providing them with excellent customer service. Assist clients with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate agents.

Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars for real estate agents, schedule property showings, open houses, and client meetings.

Document Management: Prepare, review, and distribute contracts, agreements, and other real estate documents. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate data in the company's databases, ensuring that information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Marketing Assistance: Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in creating and distributing promotional materials, social media content, and online listings.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a real estate or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus.
Professional demeanor and a customer-centric attitude.
