**Job Vacancy: Food & Beverage Supervisor**

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and professional Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our operations and requires a candidate with a strong background in the hotel industry and hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise food and beverage operations to ensure quality service and standards while delivering a guest experience that is unique.

- Ensure compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising, follow-up and hands on management.

- Maintain service and sanitation standards in all outlets of F&B.

- Assist in the management of day-to-day activities and assignments of F&B staff, plan and organize work, communicate and enforce policies and procedures.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, with a significant portion of that in a supervisory role.

- Proven track record of team management, organizational and coaching skills within the F&B environment.

- Excellent knowledge of the hotel industry, current market trends and economic factors.

- Extensive skill in using a personal computer and various software packages including Microsoft Office.

- Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations related to the food service industry.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field.

- Certification in food safety handling.
