Requirements And Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or related fields
2+ years’ experience in retail management or sales
Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting processes
Proven ability to develop and implement retail promotion strategies
Positive, friendly, and organized
