Description

We are looking for an attentive CCTV Operator who will Monitor the camera images continuously so as to assist with the prevention and detection of crime regularities. He should also Monitor the movements of vehicles, maintenance personnel, sub staff and visitors and also Report any suspicious movements to the Team Leader. Responsibilities:
• Day to Day operation of the monitoring center.
• Monitor activities of all premises and procedures activities via the monitoring center CCTV System
• Monitor the camera images continuously so as to assist with the prevention and detection of crime regularities. Monitor the movements of vehicles, maintenance personnel, sub staff and visitors.
• Inspect equipment for failures and faults. Notify Supervisor about failures in order to minimize downtown.
• Operate all other equipment in the monitoring room in a correct and efficient way. (I.e. Access control/Intercom Functionality/BMS system etc.).
• Do not disclose information to non-authorized persons.
• Need to do daily System Checks for the following; Camera status 100% functional, resolution of the video is good, CCTV operating system working (controllers and software), recording and retrieval system is working and keep a record on the daily system check the logbook.
• Daily basis reports preparation and informing the management with accurate reports in case of any incidental issues.
• Retrieve the recorded footage from the backup, If the incident requires further investigation
• Maintaining logbooks, schedules and registers.
Requirements and Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience as CCTV Operator
• Good knowledge of CCTV systems
• Must be proficient in MS Office and handling software.
• Must be available in Bahrain
• Needs to be exceedingly observant with a high level of concentration.
• Have a good understanding of body language in order to monitor crowds, intercept trouble before it occurs, and track specific people.
• Strong communication skills are also needed and the ability to work without supervision for long periods of time is absolutely essential to the role.
• Must be quick thinking, using their initiative whilst reacting quickly and calmly during emergencies
