Mechanical Engineer

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct and oversee Mechanical engineering works at construction sites.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and committed to providing high-quality service to every project.
Resolving issues and ensuring that work is completed according to specifications.
Balance project management and engineering tasks ranging from designing Mechanical plans to monitoring onsite personnel who are related to Mechanical works onsite.
Ensure that plans and work are completed according to local codes.
Design Mechanical systems for commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects.
Directly oversee and manage teams of Mechanical technicians and subcontractors.
Resolve issues related to Mechanical systems or devices that arise during the course of construction.
Coordination with Consultant, Client, Main Contractor & sub-contractors.
Responsible for smooth running of projects, track & control on material labor output, utilization of site resources effectively, ensuring safety & quality as per the company standards.
Keeping track of as built documents for smooth handover of project. Ensure correct reporting of project status to the top management.
Manage construction schedules related to Mechanical elements of job sites.
Estimate budget and scope of project and Prepare product reports and documentation.
Requirements:

5 - 10 years of experience in the relevant field.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent required.
Experience in the Construction Field and Gulf Experience is Mandatory.
Excellent relationship management skills with an eye for detail & analytical mindset.
Good communication skill.
Professional/ engineering license (Required)
Proven working experience in mechanical engineering.
Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)
