Description

We are in need urgently of an Outlet Manager for Four-star Hotel in Bahrain.

Candidate must have at least 4-5 yrs experience in the hotel Industry.

Please refer to the duties and responsibilities required:

• Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.
• Plan and assign daily workloads to outlet associates.
• Develop and enforce established policies and procedures as per tourism and government body.
• Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.
• Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.
• Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
• Organize regular meetings to discuss issues and updates.
• Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Organize special events and entertainment to attract more customers.
• Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop a cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.
