Description

A fashion studio based in Riffa Bahrain is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to help with daily tasks which includes the following:

- Responsible for the production team and ensure they are working according with the schedule placed
- Facilitate/ create the production schedule with the production team and make sure that it is running smoothly
- Pack orders according to brand standards
- Liaise with courier company to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Liaise with different suppliers (printers, packaging ..etc)
- Make sure the studio is in order and organized for smooth workflow
- Filing documents and keep everything up to date
- Potential travels around the GCC for pop ups and brand representation (based on founders approvals)

Important notes:
- This job is for female and preferably Filipino nationality
- Driver's license is a bonus
