1. Handle service related customer complaints
2. Machine Trouble Shooting on site / garage according to the Job assigned by the Service Engineer.
3. Taking corrective & preventive action on Machines.
4. Installation and servicing of oil injected piston / screw compressors. Portable and stationary type of Compressors.
5. Coordinate with spare parts dept. for parts requirement.
6. Dealing with network piping for compressed air system.
7. Verify the completed job against customer complaints.
