Objective :-
Responsible for providing effective and efficient services in all aspects of admin and customer support.
Prefered knowledge in e commerce application , providing accurate reporting of inventory and daily sale.

Job description :-
Back office officer
Will be working with suppliers and developer
Must handle Daily calls , sales updates , inventory reports and customer inquiries
To have excellent computer and microsoft skills
Must obtain excellent Communication skills
Able to work under pressure
Handle inventory reports and sales reports
Will be working digitally and communicating with supplier and customer
Customer service knowledge
To perform daily updates and application related changes and inquiries
Ability to set meetings with suppliers and input details of each new supplier and subscriber
Social media knowledge is required
