Job Vacancy: Assistant in Interior Design Office

We are currently seeking an assistant to join our interior design office. This role requires exceptional professional skills and a passion for interior design. As an assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting various aspects of our design projects and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining project files.
- Assist in project coordination, such as conducting research, gathering materials, and creating presentations.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and prepare design proposals.
- Help with client communication and ensure excellent customer service throughout the design process.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, including inventory management and ordering supplies.

Required Professional Skills:
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.
