A) QUALIFICATIONS:

1. MALE Filipino / Indian
2. 25 - 45 years old
3. 2-3 years' experience in GCC.
4. CAN JOIN ASAP



B) JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Dealing with the clients and meeting with other professionals.
2) Manage & monitor the workshop.
3) Lays out work as specified in drawings and blueprints.
4) Inspect sites & taking actual measurements as per the requirements.
5) Lead the team and perform the required carpentry task.
6) Prepare BOQ & purchase of materials.
7) Inspect job to ensure that is performed well.
8) Complete carpentry task as needed.
9) Ensure that the works are conformed & with proper information about the progress/status to the Accounts Team.
10) Cleaning the site area after completion of the project.
