Experienced Continental Cook

Should be able to introduce both traditional and innovative Continental dishes.
Standardise recipes and implement training to the team of cooks
Must be strong in bringing quality control and consistency of menu in different locations
Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Perform administrative duties
Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
Communication and leadership skills
only experienced candidates will be considered
