Job Description: Outdoor Salesperson

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Outdoor Salesperson. As an Outdoor Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services in outdoor settings, such as trade shows, events, retail locations, and customer sites. Your primary goal will be to generate new leads, build relationships with potential customers, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads: Actively prospect and identify potential customers in outdoor settings, including trade shows, events, and retail locations.
Conduct product demonstrations: Showcase the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their value and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Build and maintain relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service, addressing their needs, and following up on inquiries or sales leads.
Sales presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospects, emphasizing the unique selling points and advantages of our products/services.
Negotiate and close sales: Utilize effective negotiation techniques to secure sales and achieve revenue targets. Handle objections and overcome any barriers to close deals.
Sales administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system or other designated tools.
Collaborate with internal teams: Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure smooth sales processes, timely order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.
Market intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
