We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles to ensure they operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. The technician should demonstrate strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and mechanical repairs on motorcycles.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using appropriate diagnostic equipment and tools.
Inspect motorcycles and identify issues related to engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, cooling, fuel, and electrical systems.
Perform engine oil and filter changes, brake servicing, battery checks, tyre replacement, chain adjustment, and other scheduled maintenance.
Repair and replace defective or worn components in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Conduct motorcycle inspections and road tests to verify repairs and ensure proper performance.
Use workshop tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems safely and correctly.
Follow manufacturer service procedures, technical specifications, and workshop safety standards.
Maintain accurate service and repair records.
Keep the workshop, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and properly maintained.
Identify additional repair or maintenance requirements and communicate findings to the Service Advisor or Supervisor.
Ensure all completed work meets the company's quality and safety standards.
Work efficiently to meet assigned job schedules and service targets.
Maintain professional communication with colleagues and support the service team when required.
Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma, certificate, or technical qualification in Motorcycle Technology, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 1–4 years of relevant experience as a Motorcycle Technician.
Strong knowledge of motorcycle mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience working with modern motorcycles and electronic diagnostic systems.
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and service specifications.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to use workshop tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid motorcycle driving licence is an advantage.
Preferred Skills

Experience with Japanese, European, or premium motorcycle brands.
Knowledge of EFI, ABS, electronic systems, and modern motorcycle diagnostics.
Ability to identify problems accurately and complete repairs efficiently.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Working Conditions

The position requires working in a motorcycle workshop environment and may involve standing for extended periods, handling tools and equipment, and working with mechanical components, oils, and other workshop materials.
