Position: Optical Technician

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and assessments to determine the appropriate prescription for customers.
Assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses based on their individual needs and preferences.
Expertly operate the Mr Blue 2.0 Edging System to accurately shape and fit lenses into frames according to prescriptions.
Perform lens tinting, coating, and other specialized optical processes as required.
Ensure the highest level of accuracy and quality in all optical products dispensed.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the optical lab and equipment.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Optical Technician, with a strong focus on lens edging and fitting.
Proficiency in English, with excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with the Mr Blue 2.0 Edging System is essential.
A solid understanding of optometric principles and lens technology.
Detail-oriented and capable of working with precision to deliver top-notch optical products.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work in Bahrain currently.
