We are looking for a FEMALE restaurant operations manager:
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
2. Delivery superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
3. Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.
4. Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations.
5. Regularly review product quality.
6. Organize and supervise shifts.
7. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
8.Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
9. Create detailed reports on daily, weekly, monthly and annually basis.
10 Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
Requirements:
1. 5 year’s experience as a restaurant operations manager.
2. Proven customer service experience as a manager.
3. Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and staff.
4. Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
