We are now seeking a talented Chef Accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
As a Chef Accountant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial success of our food and beverage operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Financial Analysis: Conducting regular financial analysis to track the performance of the hotel and its outlets. Identifying opportunities to optimize costs and improve profitability.
Budgeting: Collaborating with the GM to develop accurate and comprehensive budgets. Monitoring actual performance against budgeted figures and providing insights.
Cost Control: Implementing effective cost control measures, including inventory management, portion control, and waste reduction, while maintaining high-quality culinary offerings.
Reporting: Preparing timely and accurate financial reports for the GM, highlighting key performance indicators and providing actionable recommendations.
Payroll Management: Overseeing payroll, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
Vendor Management: Collaborating with suppliers and negotiating favorable terms to optimize food and beverage purchasing costs.
You need to have at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
