Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist with knowledge of Sales and computer/laptop repair and installation and troubleshooting of networks, CCTV, biometric devices, and UPS.

Responsibilities:

-Provide technical support to users
-Troubleshoot and resolve computer, network, CCTV, biometric device, and UPS problems
-Install and configure software and hardware

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in IT support
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software
- Experience with networking, troubleshooting, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and UPS
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid Bahraini Driving License (Optional)
