Description

Roles & Responsibilities:
01. Leading the Site team and being on-site person for managing supervision of HVAC
projects.
02. Should have experience in the prepare & submission of Engineering proposals to the
client in line with contract requirements.
03. Should have experience in installation, Testing and commissioning of Chillers, CHW Pumps,
AHU’s FCU’s, ducted split units, CHW piping works, Fabrication of ducts etc.,
04. Execute the project as per the approved scope of works and Able to Handle the project
independently
05. Coordinate Client, Sub-contractors and other authorities etc.,
06. Review and approve sub-contractor’s submissions
07. Prepare shop drawing as a result of Minor changes in proposed works, where necessary.
08. Ensure the quality control requirements are being implemented as per Project
Specification.
09. Ensure the safety standards are strictly followed according to industry standards.
10. Attend progress meeting to ensure the project meets the deadlines.
11. Preparation and submission of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and other miscellaneous reports.
