Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator cum Accounts to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team and managing our accounts.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports
- Monitor the progress of all sales activities and provide regular reports to management
- Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Perform data entry and complete other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Experience with accounting software (such as Tally) is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must be a team player
