We are looking for a skilled and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions.

Responsibilities:

- Design and create unique floral arrangements that meet clients' preferences and event themes.
- Select and arrange fresh flowers, plants, and foliage to create visually appealing compositions.
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on floral choices.
- Prepare and package arrangements for delivery or pickup.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Florist or Floral Designer.
- Strong artistic and creative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Filipino nationality preferred.
