Description

We are looking for an Experienced Front Office Supervisor with below mentioned requirements.

1. Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanour at all times.
2. Good knowledge in IDS Software.
3. Excellent communication ( Arabic and English)
4. Good experience in doing night auditing.
5. Minimum 1-2 year experience as front office supervisor in Bahrain.
6. Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
7. Train, direct the work of, resolve issues and coach the front office team members to ensure a quality operation.
8. Resolve customer issues, complaints in a quick and efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality services.
9.Assist all departments in servicing the guests during high volume periods.
