Looking for a creative Chef to join our team at our buzzing cafe!We are looking for someone with a passion for food who is eager to create outstanding dishes for our customers. As our Chef, you will be responsible for crafting a menu that caters to all tastes and preferences, while ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in a kitchen environment and possess strong leadership skills. You should be able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver excellent results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing creative, high-quality menus- Managing kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation- Ensuring that all food meets health and safety guidelines- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Chef in a caf? or similar environment- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisines- Ability to work well under pressure- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required.
